Bill Barrington

Bill Barrington is an accomplished leader and founder of Barrington Leadership Group, specializing in executive coaching and organizational change since August 2022. Currently, Bill serves as a BetterUp Certified Coach, focusing on personal growth transformation for members, and as Executive Director of the PreVeteran Foundation, dedicated to helping military members and spouses secure post-military careers. Bill's extensive experience in the United States Air Force includes leadership roles such as Director of Logistics at Twentieth Air Force and Commander of the 91st Maintenance Group, demonstrating a strong background in strategic management and operational excellence. Bill holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Space Operations from the United States Air Force Academy and advanced degrees in Leadership & Counseling and Engineering Management.
