Chad Franks

Chad Franks, Major General (ret), USAF, currently serves as a Senior Advisor at Small Business Consulting Corporation and as a Senior Consultant at Two Blue Aces Consulting and President/Senior Consultant at Monumental Leadership Consultants. With extensive military experience, Franks commanded various units within the United States Air Force, including the Fifteenth Air Force, Ninth Air Force, and 23d Wing, leading tens of thousands of personnel and overseeing significant operational assets. Additionally, Franks held key roles such as Deputy Commanding General for Operations and Intelligence for Operation Inherent Resolve and Senior Executive Officer to the USAF Vice Chief of Staff. Franks holds a Master's degree in Strategy from The United States Army War College, a Master's degree from the USAF Air Command and Staff College, and a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from the University of New Orleans.
