Jason France

Jason France is the Owner of Elevate Leadership Solutions since March 2022, providing professional development, coaching, consulting, and speaking services focused on leadership enhancement. Currently serving as a Leadership Development Instructor with Small Business Consulting Corporation, Jason instructs and mentors students in various leadership courses for the Air Force Global Strike Command. Additionally, as an Air Force Adjunct Contract Professor with Flatter, Inc., Jason supports Air Force initiatives through instruction and mentorship for approximately 400 Colonels and Chief Master Sergeants annually. Jason has extensive military experience, including roles as Command Senior Enlisted Leader at United States Transportation Command and as Command Chief Master Sergeant in various Air Force commands, culminating in over 28 years of dedicated service in various leadership capacities. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University and multiple graduate certificates from Cornell University in leadership-related disciplines.
