Joel Joensuu

Joel Joensuu has worked in various roles within the gaming industry. Joel started their career as a Game Designer at Metropolia Game Studio from October 2015 to December 2016, where they focused on subcontracting for companies without game development knowledge, mainly working on serious games.

In 2017, Joel worked as a Project Specialist at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences for the duration of the year.

In 2018, they joined Small Giant Games, initially as a Game Designer until May 2021, when they were promoted to Senior Game Designer. Joel currently holds this position, with an unspecified end date for their employment.
