Mallory Blair's work experience begins in 2007 with their role as a Creative Assistant at whY-Q? Inc., where they conducted market research for tech giants and luxury fashion brands. Mallory then joined Paper Magazine in 2007 as the Paper TV Host, where they interviewed featured artists such as Katy Perry and Betsey Johnson. In 2008, Mallory became a VJ and Guest Host for MTVu programming at Viacom. Finally, in 2010, they co-founded Small Girls PR and currently holds the role of CEO. The company works with various clients and has launched numerous brands and represents female-founded unicorns.

Mallory Blair pursued their education by attending New York University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Creativity & Commerce. Additionally, in 2006, they briefly attended Harvard University, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
