Paul Simoni is an accomplished software engineer and technology leader with extensive experience in full stack development and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Software Engineer while also holding the position of CTO at Small Packages since January 2022, Paul has previously contributed to covered insurance as a Full Stack Engineer and has held similar roles at Stockell Consulting and Future Wonder Company. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Population Modeling from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Full Stack Web Development Certification from Free Code Camp. Paul has also engaged in research as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Purdue University and Indiana University, as well as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the National Institutes of Health.
