Dean M. currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Smaller Earth Group, a cultural exchange organization established in 1999 that facilitates work and travel programs for young people worldwide. Prior to this role, Dean M. held several positions at Cleversteam, a global digital agency focused on travel and sports, including Marketing Director and Creative Director. Dean M. began the professional journey as Creative Lead and Creative. Academically, Dean M. earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Broadcast and Media Production from Liverpool John Moores University and completed A Levels in Media, Computing, ICT, and Music Technology at Winstanley College.
