Kim Ramos

Kim Ramos has extensive experience in talent acquisition, having worked in various roles in this field since 1997. Kim is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at Smalley since August 2021. Prior to this, they held the same position at Endurance from June 2020 to June 2021.

Before that, Kim worked at Hertz as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner from October 2012 to April 2020.
