Lance Vondrak

Lance Vondrak has a diverse and extensive work experience in operations, supply chain, and management roles. Lance currently holds the position of Vice President - Operations at Smalley since October 2020. Prior to this, Lance worked as a Supply Chain and Operations Consultant, where they focused on supply base rationalization, spend consolidation, and strategic partner negotiations. From 2011 to 2016, they served as the Director of Operations at Motorola, overseeing the manufacturing site for prototype cellular phones. Before that, Lance was the Quality Director - Supplier Development Engineering at Motorola Solutions from 2010 to 2011. Lance also had a long tenure at Motorola from 1991 to 2009, where they held the role of Director in various areas including sourcing, process engineering, and program management.

Lance Vondrak obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University in an unspecified year. Lance later pursued further education and completed an MBA in Finance from the DePaul Driehaus College of Business, which took place between 2002 and 2004.
