Orrin Kleinhenz is an accomplished sales and engineering professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing and machining industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Engineering at Smalley since August 2024, Orrin previously held positions such as National Sales Director at DN Solutions America and Sales Director at DMG MORI USA, where responsibilities included leading sales for the state of Wisconsin and managing product sales for German products. With a solid engineering foundation as a Development Engineer at DMG MORI, Orrin contributed to gear machining processes and operated CNC multiaxis machines. Additionally, experience includes technical sales management at DECKEL MAHO Pfronten GmbH and a mechanical engineering internship at Cummins Japan. Academic credentials include an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and a BSME from Purdue University, complemented by earlier studies at Columbia University.
