Clint Penfield

Clint Penfield is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Smalls Sliders since June 2025. Previously, Clint held various senior leadership roles at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers from January 2010 to April 2024, including Chief of Restaurant Services, Senior Vice President of Restaurant Services, Vice President, Regional Vice President of Operations, Area Director, and Director of Baton Rouge Operations. Clint holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Louisiana State University, earned in January 2003, and a degree in Geology/Earth Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, completed in January 1999.
