Kris Douglas has a diverse work experience that spans various roles in technology and project management. From 2003 to 2013, Kris worked as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Johnson & Johnson. In 2014, they transitioned to EY as a Sr. Program Manager before moving to The Coca-Cola Company later that year. At Coca-Cola, Kris served as a Sr. Program Manager until 2017. In 2017, Kris joined Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. as a Sr. Program Manager and then moved to Inspire Brands in 2018. At Inspire Brands, Kris held two roles - PMO Manager from June 2018 to January 2020 and Director of IT Strategy & PMO Execution from January 2020 to May 2023. Their latest position is Vice President of Technology at Smalls Sliders, starting in May 2023.
Kris Douglas has a Master of Science degree in Technology Leadership from Brown University School of Engineering. They also have a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business. In addition, Kris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Decision Information Science from the University of Florida. Kris also has several certifications, including Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from Prosci, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, Green Belt Certification (GB) from Johnson & Johnson, and PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
