Marco Antonio Rojo Marcondes has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Marco Antonio started their career as a System Analyst at Editora Abril in 1996 and worked in that role until 2000. Marco Antonio then joined Officeware Consultoria as a Consultant, where they worked from 2000 to 2004. Marco also worked as a Consultant at Datamidia,FCBi from 2005 to 2007 and as a Consultant at Sumus Informática from 2007 to 2008. In 2000, they also joined Officeware Consultoria Ltda. as an Integration Consultant, and they remained in that role until 2012. Marco gained extensive web development experience as a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer at Megon Internet Services from 2000 to 2022. During this time, they worked with various technologies and contributed to projects for notable Brazilian companies. Most recently, Marco joined Smalls as a Senior Full Stack Engineer in March 2022.

Marco Antonio obtained a Post Graduation degree in Enterprise Solution Provider in Distributed Objects with JAVA from FIAP in the period of 2001 to 2002. Prior to that, they also completed a Post Graduation degree in System Analysis with Oracle Tools from FIAP in 1999. Marco Antonio'seducational journey began with a Bachelor's degree in System Analysis from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, which they earned between 1991 and 1997.
