Nate Kredich

Nate Kredich currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Board Member at Smalls since February 2025. Previously, Nate held the position of President at Primal Pet Group from September 2023 to September 2025 and was Chief Operating Officer at The Honest Kitchen from February 2017 to January 2023, where business growth reached four times its size, earning recognition as a Certified B-Corporation and one of Outside Magazine's Best Places to Work. Nate's prior experience includes roles as Chief Operating Officer at PIRCH, where revenue increased from $35 million to $200 million, and Founder of Terreno Consulting, providing strategic direction to various sectors. Additionally, Nate served as Vice President at the U.S. Green Building Council, overseeing the national LEED program for residential markets, and managed significant operations at Creative Touch Interiors before its acquisition by The Home Depot. Early career positions include President and CEO at Bluebolt Networks, Inc., and roles at Springs Industries and Bank of America. Nate holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a BBA in Finance from Emory University.
