Sarah Inbar has a diverse work history spanning various roles and industries. Sarah most recently worked at Smalls as the Director of Customer Support since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at The Farmer's Dog, where they held multiple positions including CX Strategy & Platforms and CX Strategic Operations Manager. Sarah also served as a Customer Experience Manager, Customer Experience Lead, and Customer Experience Associate at the same company. Before that, Sarah worked as a Customer Service Liaison at PlantShed New York Flowers and as a Project and Team Coordinator at We Mean Business. Sarah began their career as a Campaign Intern at Kallos for Council and later served as a Campus Coordinator at Greenpeace. Additionally, they gained experience as a Stage Manager at Dotted Elk Theatre Company.
Sarah Inbar attended Macaulay Honors College at The City University of New York from 2010 to 2014. Sarah obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a focus in International Studies.
