Sebastian Frohm

Sebastian Frohm is an experienced engineering leader with a diverse background in software development and team management. Currently serving as the Founding Engineer at SmallScale App since July 2021, Sebastian has played a crucial role in all stages of product development, from ideation to execution. Previously, as the Director of Engineering at Way2B1 (August 2021 - November 2023) and Zcruit (June 2018 - August 2021), Sebastian focused on team maturation and alignment with product vision. Other notable roles include Director of Engineering at Strive Consulting, LLC, CTO at TapePlay, Software Engineering Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation, and Application Developer at HomeFinder.com. Sebastian holds a BA in Interactive Arts and Media from Columbia College Chicago, completed in 2009.
