Mark Moore has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mark started their career in 1999 as a Management Accounts Assistant at Channel 4 Television. Mark then moved to Sony Computer Entertainment Europe where they worked as a Stock and Sales Analyst and later as a Pricing & Promotions Analyst. In 2005, they took a break from work to travel and work in Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia.
Upon their return, Mark joined William Grant & Sons Ltd as a Finance Analyst, where they provided analytical support to the European Sales & Marketing Team and managed budgeting and forecasting for European markets. Mark also managed group-wide sales reporting and acted as a commercial liaison during business reporting system redevelopment.
In 2010, Mark transitioned to Pearson Ltd, FT Group, and Professional Education as a Financial Planning Analyst. Mark was responsible for analyzing performance across various operating companies and providing financial planning and management information to key stakeholders. Mark also contributed to the preparation of plan, forecast, and strategic presentations for the Pearson Plc Group board.
Mark then joined Pearson as a Business Analyst in 2013, where they supported the Enabling Technology area with financial analysis and control of major projects. Mark worked closely with project managers and senior stakeholders to ensure accurate forecasting and effective communication.
In 2014, Mark moved to Bupa International as a Financial Planning Business Partner, where they collaborated with sales and marketing cost center managers to manage costs and drive operational efficiencies.
Mark then joined Icon Live Ltd as a Commercial Finance Manager in 2014, taking on responsibilities such as cashflow management, supplier payment plans, and sales income forecasting. Mark also worked closely with key stakeholders and prepared all forecasting for the business.
Most recently, Mark joined Smallworld Accessories Limited in 2017 as the Head of Finance. As a member of the senior leadership team, they are responsible for finance, IT, and shipping functions, ensuring appropriate financial controls, and overall financial strategy.

Mark Moore's education history begins in 1988 at Hinchingbrooke School, where they completed their 3 'A' levels and 9 GCSE's in an unspecified field of study. Afterward, they attended the University of Sheffield from 1995 to 1998, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Ecology.
