Ilse Waumans

Ilse Waumans is the current director at Smals. Ilse has previously worked as the director of personnel and organization at AZ Nikolaas, HR-manager at ELZ Grimbergen, and OCMW-secretaris (algemeen directeur) at OCMW Puurs and OCMW Sint-Amands. Waumans has also been a member of the board of directors at VZW Parcoer since September 2017.

Ilse Waumans has a licentiaat in Rechten from the RUG, and has also studied coaching essentials and publiek en social-profit management. Ilse has worked as a coach at Sjabi, and also taught at the lagere school level.
