Michelle Curran

Michelle Curran is a seasoned professional in People Operations, currently serving as the People Operations Manager at Smarkets since July 2024. Michelle co-founded Perfectly Proud in April 2021, focusing on LGBTQ+ themed boxes and gifts to encourage pride and self-acceptance. Prior experience includes roles as People Operations Manager at V7 and People Operations Associate at Floww, along with a progression of operational roles at Disperse, Lyvly, Saipem, .Energy Company, SmartSec Solutions, and Portico. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Music Honors Degree from Ulster University, attained between 2010 and 2013.
