Lynn Danko

Lynn Danko currently serves as a Board Member for Everfox, Smarsh, and Elite Technology, and holds the position of Board Advisor and Operating Partner at K-1 Investment Management, providing strategic guidance to CEOs and CFOs on financial goals and operational infrastructure. Previous experience includes roles as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Medallia, where Lynn established a disciplined finance framework, and Chief Financial Officer at Renaissance Learning, overseeing global G&A operations. Additional significant positions include Chief Financial Officer at Naviga, Vice President of Finance at Ecolab, Chief Financial Officer at Amcom Software, and Vice President of Finance at Nash Finch Company. Lynn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from Minnesota State University Moorhead, has completed an International Rotation at the University of Oxford, and is trained through Wall Street Prep.
