Michelle Kemper

Michelle Kemper is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in corporate sales and field enablement. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Sales at Smarsh since January 2021, Michelle manages a team of 11 individuals and has successfully mentored a direct report to internal promotion. Previously, Michelle held the role of Senior Sales Manager, overseeing two sales teams with a notable 102% attainment to goal. With a strong foundation in training and team management developed during a decade-long tenure at Royal Caribbean International, Michelle has led cross-functional departments and significantly improved performance metrics. Michelle holds a diploma from Washington State University and attended Bishop Blanchet High School.
