Shana Lopez has a diverse background in customer success and project management, currently serving as Manager of Customer Success at Smarsh since June 2019, with a progression through various roles in customer success. Prior to this, Shana worked at Metro Presort Inc from February 2013 to May 2019 as a Project Manager, coordinating billing and statement projects while acting as a liaison between customers and the IT department, and as a Customer Service Representative, facilitating order processing. Shana's early experience includes an internship at Best Friends Animal Society in 2012, focusing on animal care. Shana earned a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 2008 and 2011.
