Surbhi Dutta

Surbhi Dutta is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles at Smarsh since July 2017, including People Systems and Analysis Lead, Sr. Total Rewards Analyst, Sr. HR Specialist, Human Resources Specialist, Executive-Human Resources, and Human Resources Contractor. Prior to Smarsh, Surbhi held an HR Recruiter Intern position at AWPL, where responsibilities included sourcing profiles, creating job descriptions, scheduling interviews, vendor management, and conducting walk-in interviews. Surbhi also gained experience as an HR Intern at AWPL, focusing on the recruitment and selection processes. An MBA specializing in HR and Marketing was obtained from St Joseph's Institute of Management, complemented by a BBM degree from PES University.
