Daisy Cherotich is an Information Technology Support Specialist at Smart Applications International Ltd since February 2022, where responsibilities include providing technical support to internal and external customers and administering Windows server environments via Active Directory. Prior to this role, Daisy worked as a Network Engineer at Afortech Kenya from August 2021 to November 2021, focusing on configuring network hardware and monitoring network performance. Daisy holds a Bachelor of Business Information Technology from Multimedia University of Kenya, completed in 2021, and graduated from Lugulu Girls' High School in 2016.
