Stephanie Acevedo, MBA, has a diverse work background with experience in HR, employee relations, and customer service roles. Stephanie is currently the Director of HR/People Operations at Smart Choice Communications since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Sr. People Business Partner at Starry, Inc. from August 2021 to April 2023. Stephanie also worked as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center from January 2021 to August 2021. Earlier in their career, Stephanie worked as an Employee Relations Specialist at Encore Boston Harbor from April 2019 to January 2021. Stephanie also held multiple positions at Wynn Las Vegas, including Employee Relations Specialist, LOA Administrator, and Employee Relations Coordinator, from 2017 to 2019. Stephanie has experience in marketing as well and worked as a Marketing Executive at MGM Resorts International from June 2017 to October 2017. Stephanie started their career as a Front Desk Agent at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Las Vegas from May 2015 to June 2017 and gained customer service experience at Bank of America as a Professional Teller/Customer Service Rep from September 2013 to June 2015. Stephanie also worked as a Co-Manager at Windsor Fashions from March 2011 to October 2013.

Stephanie Acevedo, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources from Southern New Hampshire University, which they obtained between 2021 and 2022. Prior to their MBA, Stephanie earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where they studied Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs and Sociology. Stephanie completed their undergraduate education at California State University, Northridge, where they also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs between 2010 and 2013.
