Aaron Dexter is an accomplished Proposal Writer and Department Manager at Smart Communications since September 2019, where expertise in managing complex proposal processes has led to a 50% increase in the client partner base through the successful authorship of over 250 proposals for multimillion-dollar governmental contracts.
