Todd Craig

National Security Director at Smart Communications: Corrections, Simplified

Todd Craig has over 36 years of Federal and state correctional leadership experience. Todd has worked in various roles at the Federal Bureau of Prisons, including Senior Warden, Warden, Associate Warden, Chief PIO, Camp Administrator, and Executive Assistant. Todd also served as the Acting Assistant Director, where they provided leadership and supervision to headquarters and field Information, Policy, and Public Affairs specialists. During their time at the Bureau, they oversaw budgeting for IT infrastructure and nationwide enterprise networks. Todd Craig is currently the National Security Director at Smart Communications, where they are responsible for strategic national accounts for correctional technology solutions.

Todd Craig earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, which they pursued from 1988 to 1990. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida, between the years of 1985 and 1987. Todd Craig also holds a certification in Certified Protection Professional (CPP) from the American Society for Industrial Security, which they achieved in 2014.
