Arlene Castaneda

Arlene Castaneda has over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Department Head of Network Planning & Engineering Program, Process and Budget Management at Smart Communications, Inc. since February 2001. Castaneda has held various leadership roles at Smart Communications, including Division Head of Network Development and Network Core Engineering, as well as Senior Specialist of Network Special Projects. Prior to joining Smart Communications, Castaneda was a Senior Engineer of Network Operations at Asia Cellular Satellite (ACeS) Corporation from January 1997 to January 2001. Arlene Castaneda earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from De La Salle University between 1992 and 1996.
