Jana Korpova-Harris

Jana Korpova-Harris has a diverse professional background with experience in various leadership roles. Jana is currently the Managing Director at Your Overseas Home, starting in September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Smart Currency Exchange, where they held several positions including Chief Digital Transformation Officer and Director of Growth and Marketing. Their responsibilities included managing and growing business development teams, establishing strategic partnerships, increasing brand awareness, and driving financial results through partnerships and alliances. Jana also served as the Director of The Luxury Property Show from January 2019 to January 2022. In addition, they pursued an Executive MBA at Cass Business School from September 2015 to January 2022. Notably, Jana was a Director at AIPP, a not-for-profit organization focused on improving professionalism standards in the overseas property market, from May 2014 to September 2015.

Jana Korpova-Harris completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Cass Business School in 2017. In 2018, they obtained a Director and Board Member certificate from the Institute of Directors (IoD). In 2012, they attended Cranfield School of Management for a course on Key Account Management Best Practice. Jana also holds a degree in Accountancy, Maths, Macro Economics, English, and French from the University of Economics in Bratislava, which they completed in 2004. Additionally, in 2019, they took a course on Artificial Intelligence at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
