Holly Banham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer engagement and operational management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Engagement at Smart DCC since April 2022, Holly previously held the role of Senior Manager of Performance and Delivery at SSE plc from May 2021 to April 2022. Holly also played a pivotal role at Thames Water from 2011 to 2021, undertaking various positions including Transformation Programme Director, Programme Manager - Wholesale, and Service Delivery Manager - Wholesale. During this time, key responsibilities included leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, implementing a multi-million-pound business improvement program, and developing operational strategies.
