Ian Drummond

Ian Drummond started their work experience in 2002 as a Management Consultant at SSE plc, where they focused on improving profitability and service levels in various internal businesses. In 2008, they joined SSE Enterprise Contracting as the Head of HV Projects and later became the Head of Renewable Energy Solutions, responsible for transforming the business into a leading Energy Solutions provider. In 2017, they briefly served as the Director (interim) of Projects and Support Services at SSE Enterprise before becoming the Head of HV at SSE Enterprise Contracting. In 2019, they joined Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks as the Head of Customer Operations. Currently, Ian Drummond works at Smart DCC as the Director of Customer Operations.
