Ronmar Gonzales is a seasoned engineering professional with a diverse background in electrical engineering and management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at UGEngineering and as Connections Administrator at Smart Energy Group since 2018, Ronmar also holds the position of Vice President for Technical Operations at the Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineering - Cebu Chapter. With extensive experience as an Electrical Building Designer and Estimator at Lighting Corp. - Australia and as Electrical Supervisor at Innoland Development Corporation, Ronmar has demonstrated expertise in electrical design, procurement, and project management. Previous roles include Engineer In-Charge for electrical outfitting at THI-Ship Building and Instrumentation and Control Engineer at RPV Electro Technology Philippines Corporation. Ronmar earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Substation Design from the University of Cebu.
