Aaron Felger Reade

Aaron Felger Reade has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Aaron is currently serving as the Director of Solution Engineering at Smart Energy Water since January 2023. Prior to this, from January 2022 to January 2023, they worked as a Managing Consultant - Solution Architect at IBM. Aaron has also worked at Smart Energy Water previously in different roles, including Lead Solution Engineer from January 2021 to January 2022 and Technical Delivery Lead from August 2019 to January 2021. Before that, they worked at Compass Group USA as a Technical Delivery Manager from August 2018 to August 2019 and as a Technical Business Analyst from March 2018 to August 2018. Aaron's earlier experiences include roles at Wells Fargo, Accelerant Research, Coca-Cola Consolidated, Aussie Island Surf Shop, and UNC Wilmington, where they worked as a Research Assistant. Aaron held the role of Senior Sales Manager at Pacific Sunwear from July 2010 to September 2013.

Aaron Felger Reade earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Neuroscience from the University of North Carolina Wilmington from 2013 to 2015. Aaron also attended Central Piedmont Community College from 2011 to 2013 and then again in 2016, focusing on Science and Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic) respectively. In 2016, Aaron obtained their EMT certification from the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. Additionally, they obtained CPR certification and an OSHA Safety Certification in 2016 and 2010 respectively.
