Mariam Fathalla

Mariam Fathalla has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Mariam most recently worked at Smart Eye as an Operations Manager starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Affectiva, including Cairo Office Manager and Data Annotation Expert, from February 2018 to August 2019. In these roles, they were responsible for hiring, conducting interviews, onboarding new members, and assisting the Director of Operations with accounting and personnel tasks. Prior to Affectiva, Mariam worked as an Operation Coordinator at PETRA outdoor agency from December 2016 to February 2018, where they managed internal communications, organized initiatives, and facilitated dispute resolutions. Mariam's early work experience includes a role as a Travel Agent at Teleperformance Egypt from September 2011 to September 2013, where they advised customers on travel deals and processed sales and bookings. Mariam Fathalla completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics at the FEPS - Faculty of Economics and Political Sciences at Cairo University from 2007 to 2011. Mariam is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at The American University in Cairo, with an expected completion date in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Mariam has obtained several certifications. Mariam obtained a certification in Data Analysis from Udacity in December 2020.
