Marcela Martins

Marcela Martins is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Smart Fit since March 2025 and as Co-Founder of Empower Business School since July 2023. Prior to these roles, Marcela held the position of Global Human Resources Director at Sinch from February 2021 to February 2023 and was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Wavy Global (now Sinch LatAm) from February 2018 to February 2021. Earlier in Marcela's career, experience included serving as Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, Senior HR Manager, and Senior Regional Human Resources Manager at AB InBev from June 2012 to February 2018.
