Prasant Prusty is the Founder and CEO of Smart Food Safe. Prasant is also the Founder of Pathogenia Lab. Previously, Prasant held roles as Director Corporate Quality at Nature's Touch and Corporate Quality Lead at Kraft Foods Group. Prasant has a background in food science, having obtained their Master of Science (M.Sc.) from McGill University. Prior to their current ventures, Prasant served as Quality and Food Safety Manager at Nature's Touch and worked as an Associate at Mars.
