Previously, James held the position of Production Manager at Noble Foods Ltd, overseeing the entire production process and a diverse team. At GXO Logistics, James directed e-commerce and returns operations, managing a large staff and ensuring optimal workflow. James's academic achievements include a First Class Honours Degree in Supply Chain Leadership from Sheffield Hallam University, complemented by extensive hands-on experience in various leadership roles throughout a dynamic career in logistics and operations.

Smart Fulfilment was founded in late 2016. After founders Izaak & Brandon had multiple negative experiences with E-Commerce fulfilment providers, they decided to take matters into their own hands. To build an efficient, transparent & communicative service allowing e-commerce businesses to focus on what matters most to them. Whilst we spend our focus & resources on managing inventory, storage, B2B shipping & order fulfilment.
