Currently holding the position of Operations Manager at Smart Fulfilment since November 2023, James previously worked as Commercial Manager at Total Fulfilment from August 2019 to November 2023. Prior to that, James served as Warehouse Supervisor at SKANWEAR® for one year and had a long tenure at W.H.BOWKER LIMITED from January 2012 to August 2018, progressing through various roles including Distribution Manager, Operations Supervisor, Contract Supervisor, Administrator, and Apprentice. James completed education at Archbishop Holgate's School from 2003 to 2008.

To build an efficient, transparent & communicative service allowing e-commerce businesses to focus on what matters most to them.
