Gourav Jain

Gourav Jain is an experienced professional in logistics and business operations, currently serving as Sr. Manager in the CEO’s Office at Smart Joules since January 2023. Prior to this role, Gourav contributed to Fashinza in the Founder’s Office, where significant efforts were made in implementing a Warehouse Management System to enhance process efficiency and scalability. Additionally, as part of the Business Ops and Strategy team, Gourav led the launch of a Warehousing Business Unit, managing an annual demand GMV of $60 million. Earlier experience includes a position as Manager of Logistics Projects at ITC Limited, where a major greenfield project was delivered, and as Assistant Manager in Manufacturing at Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting, overseeing a notable brownfield project. Gourav holds a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, completed in 2018.
