Janice Rianna

Janice Rianna has over 15 years of professional experience in software, training, and consulting. Janice began their career in 2005 as a Training Development Specialist at Perot Systems/Dell Services/Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island Account. In 2011, they became a Health Care Benefit Tester and Benefit Information Management Consultant at Dell Services/Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island Account. In 2016, Janice moved to NTT Data - Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island Account as a Process and Communications Training Senior Analyst. Most recently, they have been working as a Billing Training Specialist (Software) at SMART Management, Inc. since 2017.

Janice Rianna holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Providence College.
