Kai Morwinski

Kai Morwinski has extensive experience in embedded systems and cybersecurity, currently serving as an Expert Engineer for Operating Systems & Security at Smart Mechatronics GmbH since January 2018, specializing as an Embedded Linux Specialist and Cybersecurity Engineer. Additionally, Kai leads the Embedded Linux & Cybersecurity Engineering division as Team Manager and has previously held the position of Senior Engineer focused on Embedded Software Engineering. Prior to joining Smart Mechatronics GmbH, Kai worked at Pees Components GmbH, first as an Embedded Software Developer from January 2006 to January 2014, and then as a Development Engineer for electronic devices from April 2015 to December 2017. Kai holds a Diplom-Mathematiker (Dipl.-Math.) degree in Technomathematik from the University of Duisburg-Essen, completed in 2015.
