Silvy Tanielian

Silvy Tanielian's work experience begins in 1999 at Neterra, where they worked as a Project Coordinator until 2005. From 2005 to 2011, they held various roles at Neterra, including Procurement Coordinator, Licenses and Regulatory Issues, and HR Manager. In 2011, they specifically became an HR Manager until 2016. In 2016, they joined Prometriks as a Senior HR Consultant until 2018. Currently, since 2018, Silvy serves as the Head of Human Resources at Smart Organic.

Silvy Tanielian completed their Master's degree in Telecommunications from an undisclosed institution in the years 1994 to 1999. Later, they pursued a second Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from New Bulgarian University, which they completed between 2012 and 2014.
