Rosie Crowley

Rosie Crowley has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rosie currently holds the position of Head of Business Management for Revenue and Platform at Smart Pension, a role they began in December 2020. Prior to this, they were a Proposition Owner at Smart Pension from November 2019 to November 2020.

In addition to their role at Smart Pension, Rosie has worked as an Innovation Lead - Research & Insights committee at NextGen since May 2020. Before joining Smart Pension and NextGen, they were a Manager at PwC from June 2018 to October 2019.

Rosie also has experience in the actuarial field, having worked at KPMG UK as an Assistant Manager in Pension Actuarial from October 2016 to June 2018. Rosie started their career at KPMG UK as a Graduate Trainee in Pension Actuarial from May 2014 to October 2016 and also worked briefly as a Relationship Manager from May 2015 to November 2015.

Prior to their time in the actuarial field, Rosie gained experience in the retail sector as an Administrative Assistant at Marks and Spencer from October 2013 to February 2014. Rosie also worked as a Voice Broker at ICAP from September 2012 to February 2013, where they had previously completed a 6-week internship in 2011.

Earlier in their career, Rosie worked as a Data Analyst at Vertex Data Science from June 2010 to August 2010, a Barmaid at Greene King from November 2007 to February 2009, a Customer Support Officer at Canon (UK) from August 2008 to December 2008, and a Teaching Assistant at Kumon Educational UK from September 2006 to July 2008.

Rosie Crowley completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2001 to 2008, they attended Nonsuch High School, where they obtained their A levels and GCSEs qualifications. Following that, they pursued a degree in Mathematics with Management Sciences at the University of Southampton from 2009 to 2012. Their academic journey continued from 2013 to 2018 at the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, where they focused on Actuarial Exams.
