Peter Latten

Peter Latten is an experienced professional in the Agile coaching and facilitation domain, currently serving as Company Owner of BrickChanges since June 2024 and an Agile Coach via ICT Improve at SMART Photonics. With a background that includes roles as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and Facilitator for Improve Quality Services and as an Agile Master for BMW Financial Services Nederland, Peter has made significant contributions to organizations such as the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce. As a co-organizer of the XP Days Benelux conference and founder of the non-profit Re-Evented, Peter is dedicated to promoting Agile methodologies and systems thinking across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Peter's educational foundation includes a Master's degree in Business Administration from Radboud University and specialized coaching certifications from the Academie voor Counselling en Coaching.
