Barbara Swartzentruber, a Senior Advisor at The Natural Step Canada and Smart Prosperity Institute, previously held key roles at the City of Guelph, including Founding Executive Director of the Smart Cities Office and Executive Director of Strategy, Innovation, Intergovernmental Services. Barbara also served as a Faculty Lecturer at Renison University College and Graduate Faculty at Wilfrid Laurier University. Barbara's expertise extends to policy and intergovernmental affairs, circular economy initiatives, community development, and government strategy. With a background in social work and public policy, Barbara brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to their various roles in both public and private sectors.
