Colleen Kaiser

Colleen Kaiser, Ph.D. is a Program Director at Smart Prosperity Institute, with experience in regulatory innovation. Prior to this role, Colleen worked as a Pre-Doctoral Fellow at the Joint Clean Climate Transport Research Partnership and held positions at York University, the Walter and Duncan Gordon Foundation, and the City of Markham as a sustainability consultant. Colleen holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Studies from York University, an MSc in Environmental Policy and Regulation from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a Graduate Certificate in Green Business Management from Seneca College, and a BA in Urban Studies from York University.
