Richard Neisz

Richard Neisz is the Founding Member & Principal at Smart Resources. Richard has over 25 years of experience in the IT staffing and consulting industry. Prior to Smart Resources, Richard was with core consulting as vice president from January 2003 to September 2007. From January 1998 to January 2000, they were with broughton systems as practice manager. Their longest tenure was with anthem from January 1991 to January 1997 where they served as project manager. Richard has a wealth of experience and has been a successful leader at each company they have been with.
