Golbahar Rafinejad, P. Eng. is a seasoned professional in engineering and production management with extensive experience in safety, quality assurance, and operational efficiency within various industries. Currently serving as Co-Owner and Principal, as well as Director of Operations and Senior Engineering Manager at SAGE Engineering Services Ltd., Golbahar has previously held key roles at Ghirardelli Chocolate Company, PepsiCo, Apotex Inc., and Wellspring Pharmaceutical. Notable achievements include the implementation of Lean methodologies, development of safety protocols, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. Golbahar holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, a Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Certificate, and recently completed studies in Human Resources Management at the University of Toronto.
