Brent Kok

Brent Kok has had a varied career in the finance industry. In 2014, they began as a Financial Analyst at Payvision. In 2015, they joined SFEER as a Bestuurslid, with roles such as Acquisitie, Vice-voorzitter, and Interim-Penningmeester. Brent also joined the Carrière Commissie. In 2016, they joined TMF Group as a Compliance Officer for Structured Finance Services. In 2017, they joined Deloitte Nederland as an Ideale Bijbaan Tax, and Loyens & Loeff as a Deelnemer Summer Course 2017. In 2018, they joined Deloitte Nederland as a Werkstudent - Global Trade Advisory and Baker McKenzie Amsterdam as a Deelnemer Tax Course 2018. Brent also joined Loyens & Loeff as a Student-stagiair ITS. In 2018, they co-founded Smart-Ship and served as CFO. Finally, in 2022, they joined Volt Nederland as Thema-coördinator Financiën & Belastingen.

Brent Kok obtained their Tweetalig VWO from Tabor College Werenfridus between 2008 and 2014. Brent then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fiscale Economie from the University of Amsterdam between 2014 and 2018. In 2017 and 2018, they obtained a Minor in Programmeren from the Universiteit van Amsterdam. Finally, they obtained their Master in Fiscale Economie from the Erasmus School of Economics between 2018 and 2019. In addition, they obtained an International Baccalaureate Higher Level English from The International Baccalaureate in July 2014, and a Cambridge ESOL Level 2 Certificate in ESOL International from the University of Cambridge in July 2012.
