Erika Watkins

Erika Watkins, PMP, ITIL has a diverse and extensive work experience. Erika began their career in 1995 as a MIS Coordinator at The P. L. Thomas Group, Inc. Erika then moved on to Prometheus Technologies, Inc. where they served as the Assistant Operations Manager from 1995 to 1997, and later as the Operations Manager from 1997 to 2001. Currently, Erika holds the position of Director of Service Operations at SMaRT Technology Services, Inc., a role they have held since October 2001.

Erika Watkins, PMP, ITIL, holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Union College, which they obtained from 1991 to 1995.
